This role focuses on generating leads, engaging property investors, and converting qualified opportunities into deals. The ideal candidate excels at outbound sales, building rapport, and driving results.Key Responsibilities:Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to engage property investors, qualify leads, and set appointments.Build and maintain strong relationships to identify and understand client requirements.Deliver compelling elevator pitches to generate interest and pre-qualify prospects.Use LinkedIn and WhatsApp to follow up, re-engage, and nurture leads.Accurately track all client interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with senior team members to close qualified leads and hit sales targets.Requirements:Proven sales experience, ideally in property investment or a similar field.Strong phone communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and qualify leads.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for outreach.Reliable internet connection and your own laptop/PC.
