Role Overview:
Are you a natural born seller who enjoys engaging and interacting with customers on the phone? Do you find it really easy to build rapport with customers and know the value of active listening? Do you have a passion for sales and being rewarded based on hitting targets?

What you'll be doing:
Take high-volume inbound calls from a range of leads to potential customers.
Build rapport, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's service.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
Collaborate with your manager to optimise sales strategies.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Efficiently monitor and track your activity on a daily basis to ensure you're on track to hit and exceed monthly targets.
Skills and Experience You'll Need:
A passion for sales and solid experience in either sales or customer services in a call centre environment (Exposure to International customers in particular the UK market is advantageous).
Proven track record of success in consistently meeting targets.
CRM Experience (HubSpot Preferable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shift patterns. Our UK opening hours are:
Monday-Friday 8am-8pm.
Saturday-Sunday 8am-6pm.
Please note this role is based on site at our offices in the Central Business District in Cape Town.

Working Patterns:
We are extremely proud of our culture and believe in the many benefits that being in the office provides - all our roles require regular time in our office in the central business district in Cape Town. We do not offer fully remote roles but we support hybrid working wherever possible (3 days in office, 2 days from home). However, to meet the needs of our customers and business operations, many of our Operational and Commercial roles are fully office-based.
