Hybrid The Role We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating strong long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities; deliver predictability and accuracy on pipelines and forecasting.
Skills and Experience What you'll do: Manage the accounts portfolio Achieve assigned account objectives Set up account plans Establish strong, long-term client relationships Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs Connect customer business and technology needs to solutions Coordinate with operations and product development to provide solutions Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams Identify and approach new potential strategic customers Monitor sales performance metrics Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts Monthly service reviews with customers Qualifications required: Degree or Diploma in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field Other Personal attributes: Enthusiastic and positive in their approach to work Checking own work and have a good eye for detail Ability to lead teams of experts Sound financial acumen to ensure profitable deal closure Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with sound judgment and business thinking Managing complexity Driving high performance Providing direction & clarity Innovation Authenticity Resilience Persuading and Influencing Strong networking skills Ability to inspire confidence and create trust Adhering to values and principles Ability to close deals Other information applicable to the opportunity: Permanent Position Location: Gauteng (Hybrid)
