Scope & General Purpose:To promote the image and services of the company so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts.Required to manage all aspects of sales, including sourcing and securing new business, relationship management, database management, business presentations, workshops and reports.The requirement includes the following:Matric minimumTertiary education in Sales & Marketing would be advantageousMinimum 5-year sales experience in Hospitality Industry with proven track recordPrevious experience in the Hospitality industry and STO inbound sales essentialExcellent communication, customer service & organisation skillsAbility to conduct presentations and meetings both professionally and with confidenceValid RSA IDValid Driver's LicensePosition includes travelMust be available to attend functions after hoursDynamic self-starter with excellent negotiation skillsPersonality profile to match relevant skillsProficient in EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTeam player with high level of dedicationGood negotiation skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
