Sales Executive

Salary: R17 000 per month RESPONSIBILITIES Sales responsibilities: Conduct physical survey and virtual survey to establish accurate volume.
Accurately record all customer requirements on survey and ensure all customer needs are noted on survey.
Represent Elliott to the best of your ability and guide potential customers with regards to the move process.
Create accurate inventory and communicate move process.
Educate customers regarding customs regulations and documentation required.
Obtain all necessary rates and specialised requirements for export moves.
Accurately work out costings Generate quotation for move.
Discuss move dates and logistical requirements with customer and operations.
Obtain signed acceptance and payment from customer prior to the move taking place.
According to discussion with customer, book required dates on the system.
Communicate all move requirements to operations.
Follow-up with customer and operations to ensure that everything is on track with the move.
Where required assist the customer with required documentation to be completed.
Follow-up with customer at the time of the move.
Conduct site visit during the move process.
Follow-up on pending quotations and obtain acceptances where possible.
Communicate any potential problems with the operations department.
Assist with obtaining outstanding documents including but not limited obtaining purchase orders from corporate accounts.
Be willing to assist with problem solving solutions during and after move process.
Requirements Matric (Grade 12).
Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience.
Proven sales experience and track record of exceeding budgets.
Valid drivers license.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Reliable.
High degree of integrity.
Excellent time management.
Excellent organisational skills.
