Hire Resolve is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our client, a renowned company celebrated for its compact, stylish vehicles that boast iconic design and sporty driving characteristics. This organization is a key player in the automotive industry, responsible for the marketing, sales, and distribution of these distinctive cars. Additionally, they offer comprehensive aftersales services, ensuring customers receive top-notch maintenance, repairs, and access to genuine parts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive sector and a knack for driving sales success.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and engage with potential customers to promote vehiclesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and product recommendationsDemonstrate vehicle features and benefits, and conduct test drives to showcase the performance and design of the carsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectivesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize vehicle sales and market shareStay up-to-date with the product lineup, features, specifications, and competitive positioningPromote the unique aspects of the vehicles, including their iconic design and sporty characteristicsProvide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring customer satisfactionAssist customers with aftersales services, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and sourcing genuine partsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordinglyPrepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to managementWork closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and eventsCollaborate with the aftersales department to ensure seamless customer experiences and service deliveryRequirementsRelevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredProven experience in automotive sales, preferably with premium or luxury brandsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customersStrong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approachIn-depth knowledge of automotive products, particularly in the compact and sporty vehicle segmentPassion for the brand and its heritageHigh level of self-motivation, initiative, and professionalismA keen eye for detail and an appreciation for automotive design and performanceProficiency in using CRM software and sales management toolsBasic understanding of vehicle financing and leasing optionsA valid driver's license is requiredBenefitsSalary negotiableContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing moveApply for this role today, contact Gustav Vogel at Hire Resolve or on LinkedInYou can also visit the Hire Resolve website: hireresolve.us or email us your CV: ****** applying via email please use "Sales executive" as the subject line.We will contact you telephonically in 7 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
