We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We are looking for someone who is customer focused with excellent Account Management, engagement, negotiation and execution skills. About the Role
The Sales Executive will be part of a dynamic Sales team and will be responsible for the sales, promotions and launches of Essity products within the wholesaler, distributor, independent & retail pharmacy, physiotherapy, and institution space. The incumbent will be responsible for building and growing our Health and Medical Solution brands. This role will report directly to the Sales Manager.

What You Will DoResponsible for sales activities within the territory to achieve business objectives;
Market awareness and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, growth hurdles and competitor activities;
Effectively plan and execute sales calls (face-to-face and virtual);
Attain and exceed sales targets;
Ensure customers education and information of the brand and product ranges;
Roll out training sessions with customers to ensure correct product application;
Responsible to handle pricing discussions and negotiations;
Prompt delivery on sales agreements and customer orders;
Regularly communicate with internal stakeholder to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment;
Responsible for administrative task, planning, reporting, presenting sales analysis & reviews, placing of orders and follow up on marketing activities.
Who You AreMust have a matric and preferably further qualification in Sales or Sales & Marketing;
3-5 years' medical Sales experiencewithin in Pharmaceutical or FMCG medical industry;
Excellent computer skills - Microsoft package experience is essential with CRM knowledge;
Must be an excellent communicator (written, verbal and listening) and be able to engage in a professional manner with internal and external stakeholders;
Must be able to work independently and be a team player;
Must be able to work under pressure, with strong prioritizing skills;
Must be fluent in English;
Must have a valid RSA Driver's License.
