Sales Executive

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our company's products and services with professionalism and expertise.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generationBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customersConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offeringsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionNegotiate contracts and close deals with confidence and assertivenessMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM softwareAttend industry events and conferences to expand network and stay current on market trendsProvide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to managementQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in a Hospitality industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and dataDemonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationshipsSelf-motivated with a resilient and goal-oriented mindsetStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamValid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
