About the RoleA luxury lodge and hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to drive new business development and maintain key client relationships.
Represented by a leading recruitment company, this role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in hospitality sales, ideally with connections in corporate and government sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote the brand and services to maximize growth by acquiring new clients and securing contracts.Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including sourcing and closing new business, relationship management, maintaining a client database, and conducting business presentations and workshops.Candidate RequirementsEducation: Matric (A tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing is advantageous).Experience: A minimum of 5 years in hospitality sales with a successful track record, particularly in corporate sales.Skills:Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Confident in leading professional presentations and meetings.Exceptional negotiation skills and a self-motivated, dynamic approach.Additional Requirements:Valid South African ID and driver's license.Willingness to travel and attend after-hours functions as needed.BenefitsThe package includes a mandatory 5% contribution to the company's provident fund, with optional medical aid as part of the cost-to-company package.
