About the Role: We are seeking young, dynamic, and highly driven individuals to join our Sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. You'll engage with leads generated through online applications, direct queries, partnerships, and self-sourced prospects from the CRM system or the market. The role involves both telephone and email communication, with occasional face-to-face meetings.
Qualifications: Matric Business Management Diploma or similar (advantageous) 2 years of relevant experience in a sales environment Experience in financial services Key Responsibilities: Drive pipeline targets to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for Cash Advance and other related products within pricing guidelines. Build and maintain relationships with prospects and key stakeholders to maximize sales. Utilize calls, marketing materials, and automated nurturing tools to stay top-of-mind with prospects and ensure timely follow-ups. Monitor market trends and provide insights to management and the sales team. Prospect leads from the CRM system or handle customer applications generated via internal channels, treating each client with professionalism and respect. Explain product offerings and qualifying criteria, while understanding clients' needs to appropriately pitch the value proposition. Assess financial viability of prospects, manage expectations, obtain credit-related documents, and follow administrative procedures. Prepare quotations (pricing and deal value) or decline applications based on credit information. Ensure all objectives and expectations with prospects are met. Prepare and present a complete credit pack for the Underwriting department, including: Details of the credit application, reference checks, and insights on the applicant Assessment of merchant and bank statements Summary of probing questions and client behavior Recommendations on price, term, and deal value Accurately maintain and update the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring all client details and interactions are recorded.
