As a MICE Sales Executive, you will proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities while delivering outstanding service to ensure memorable events. You'll be at the forefront of creating tailored solutions for clients and ensuring seamless service delivery for each event.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and strengthen relationships with Travel Management Companies, Conference Organisers, Corporate Bookers, and Government entities
Drive new sales opportunities through strategic networking and client engagement
Collaborate closely with Event Management to ensure smooth handovers and exceptional service delivery
Stay ahead of market trends to tailor sales strategies and outperform competitors
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for our company

What You'll Need to Succeed:

2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related field with 3 years of sales experience; OR a 4-year degree with 1 year of experience
Proven track record of sales success in the MICE, hospitality, or events sectors
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
A valid driver's license and your own vehicle
