About the Role We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. You'll play a vital role in growing our client base by handling inbound leads and developing outbound opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Efficiently manage and grow your inbound sales pipeline.Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients.Qualify leads and pitch Houst's services via calls and emails.Maintain a high conversion rate from initial contact to signed agreement.Develop your own outbound sales flow, including cold-calling prospects.Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.Minimum Requirements Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).Naturally competitive and results-driven.Excited about using technology to transform the property industry.Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role (required).Familiarity with Close (CRM) is a plus.Experience in the property industry is advantageous but not essential.Willingness to work occasional Saturday mornings (as part of a team rota).Benefits 23 days paid holiday days (plus public holidays)An extra day off for your birthday - because who wants to work on their birthday?Workshop17 office space for collaboration with our hybrid working modelEmployee discounts – at heaps of restaurants, shops, gym memberships, cinema tickets and moreMedical aid/insurance optionsBetterHelp coverage for mental health supportLaptop - for business use
