Full job descriptionHey, we're Growth Lego, a growth consulting firm and sales agency that partners with agencies, coaches, and online businesses to scale their revenue. We specialise in high-ticket digital products and services, and our clientele spans the UK and US markets. All sales happen via phone and Zoom calls.
Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated Sales Executive to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will work directly with our clients' customers, guiding them through their decision-making process and closing sales efficiently. As a Sales Executive, you'll need a mix of relevant sales experience, confidence, and adaptability to manage various high-value offers for different clients.
Responsibilities: Close Deals: Conduct sales calls, schedule follow-ups, close deals, and handle payments directly over the phone.Meet Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.Product Knowledge: Quickly absorb in-depth knowledge on each client's products and services to speak confidently and answer prospect questions effectively.Adaptability: Successfully transition between different offers and client products with minimal ramp-up time.Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrable history of closing high-ticket offers (similar price points) for UK and/or US markets.Extreme Ownership: Takes full responsibility for meeting targets and achieving KPIs, without excuses or reliance on others.Product Expertise: Ability to quickly master product details, answering questions, and instilling confidence in prospects.Agility: Comfortable switching between different offers and markets while maintaining sales effectiveness.Compensation: Base Pay + CommissionOn-Target Earnings (OTE): R870,000 per yearWorking Hours: 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
