International Trucking concern is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team.
The purpose of this role is to maximize the sales of parts to internal and external customers and focused on the acquisition and retention of customers, in order to achieve the agreed profit.
Ensure full compliance to procedures as specified by the company.
Planning to actively achieve monthly sales target set
Marketing and selling of Trucks
Responsibilities: Sales & Customer service
Generate feedback from Industry and update the product/completion MIS (management information system) on monthly basisWork closely with the Business Head to finalize monthly schemes for increasing sales volumesGenerate direct sales from extra heavy truck clients/customersMaintain relationship with key customers and measure share of business at key accountsDirectly responsible for increasing volumes and market share for assigned province/territorySell Vehicle to meet the customer's needs, the first time. Ensure first quotation is correct.Listen to the customer's explanation and have a clear understanding of requirement and location. Show interest in personal development and the willingness to learn more about the product.Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.Personally manage work efficiency. Ensure that all leads are recorded on the CMS. Follow prescribed cash and credit processing procedures of the dealership.Controls showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.Development and Growth
Participate in all relevant training programs. Share your new knowledge with others.Take note to do personal learning and self-development.Risk Management
Minimize any risk of stock shortage/stock losses.All material handling tools and equipment handled according to prescribed dealership/company standards.Access control procedures adhered toHousekeeping
Control orderliness and cleanliness.Ensure that all Health and Safety rules are adhered to at all times.Requirements: 5 + years of sales and marketing experience in extra heavy commercial vehicles in SAMatricEstablished record of achieving targetsExperience of scorecard build-up and new business development will be an added advantageTruck/Used Truck Salesman; Min 10 years industry experience.
