Sales ExecutiveDescriptionRPO Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join their client's team in the Freight industry in Cape Town. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer acquisition within the freight sector.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential clients in the freight industryBuild and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat businessUnderstand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirementsPrepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clientsNegotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of servicesKeep updated on industry trends and competitors' activitiesRequirementsProven experience in B2B sales within the freight industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsSelf-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareValid driver's license and willingness to travel as requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plusBenefitsSalary: salary negotiableRPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
