Job Title: Short Term Commercial Insurance Sales Executive Location: George, Western Cape Job Type: Short Term Insurance Sales Minimum Qualification Requirements: MatricRelevant Short Term Insurance QualificationsRE5 (Must have valid registration)Minimum 3-5 years' experience in short-term insurance salesExtensive knowledge of Logistics, Fleet and Goods in Transit insurance would be advantageousProven track record in commercial insurance salesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsValid driver's licenseFluent in English and Afrikaans Non-Negotiables are all FAIS Compliance Requirements: Short-term Insurance Qualification (Compulsory)RE 5 (Must have valid registration - (Compulsory)Product Specific TrainingValid DOFA Certification (Compulsory)Class of Business Commercial and Personal LinesCPD hours in current cycle Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads and develop existing client relationshipsConduct needs analyses and provide tailored insurance solutions to commercial clientsAchieve monthly and annual sales targetsBuild and maintain relationships with brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholdersStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activityEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesBuild relationships with clients to ensure retention of business and facilitate new business.Have an extensive knowledge of insurance products and providers is necessary.Responsible for complete and accurate administration related to all policies and clients Desirable: Experience working with brokers and commercial clientsKnowledge of commercial insurance products (e.g., business interruption, liability)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
