Key responsibilities include (but not limited to): ability to meet with customers/clients off-site to identify opportunities and foster client relationships.
Build and maintain a robust client portfolio, focusing on long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Navigate changing conditions with a sense of urgency and a focus on results.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
Consistently update and manage customer data via laptop-based CRM systems.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and poerformance updates.

Candidate Requirements: Education and Industry Expertise: Matric A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the clearing and forwarding industry.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets, demonstrating confidence, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness.
Communication Skills: Oral and written proficiency in English, with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Relationship Building: Strong rapport-building focus and the ability to influence others to action.
Adaptability: Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
