Working Hours: 8 hrs daily, (rotational shifts varying from early to late)

About the role
Are you ready to transform your sales expertise into a force for global good? GVI is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Sales Enrollment Manager to join our team, bridging the gap between inspiring impact and reaching ambitious targets.
Role and responsibilities:

Work to close the sale to ensure GVI programs have enough participants to run.
This is an internal sales role and you will be responsible for building rapport with our potential participants to inspire them to book a program with GVI.
Successfully use sales tools (ie discounting, fear of loss, etc.) to drive close.
Focus on lead conversions across all channels; nurturing leads and responding to enquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintain a high level of GVI product knowledge, through ongoing training, to ensure accurate advice is provided to match participants onto the right program and manage their expectations accurately.
Organise and manage your lead accounts on Salesforce to ensure effective and efficient lead handling.
Maintain contact with alumni to encourage repeat business where relevant.
Host breakout rooms at GVI virtual Open Days to drive engagement with leads and encourage the close.

About you
As a Sales Enrollment Manager, you'll be the guiding star for potential participants seeking to volunteer, intern, or study abroad with GVI. Your charm and charisma will light up the sales journey as you engage with clients, offer expert advice on our programs, and inspire them to embark on life-changing experiences.
Your Superpowers: (Requirements)

3+ years of sales expertise with a proven track record of success (within the tourism/education industry advantageous).
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in an organised manner.
Tech-savvy: CRM and G Suite preferred (Salesforce advantageous).
Exceptional ability to communicate over the phone.
Exceptional written communication over Live chat platforms.
A burning passion for driving positive change in the world.


The Extra Shine: (Nice to haves)

While not a must, international travel experience is advantageous.
Experience working international hours doing sales or customer service with the EMEA, APAC and US markets.

Champion inbound lead conversion across multiple channels – from inquiries to callbacks for EMEA, US, Canada, and APAC.
Ignite revenue growth through your exceptional ability to close deals via telephone calls, live chat platforms and GVI open days.

Play your part in achieving business goals through a minimum revenue contribution.
