Hire Resolve is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Engineer specializing in Water and Sanitation to join our client in Midrand.
In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales and business development efforts focused on water treatment solutions and sanitation systems.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to enhancing the service delivery in water and sanitation projects.
Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water and sanitation sector.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.
Prepare and present technical proposals based on client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new potential clients.
Stay informed about innovations and regulations within the water and sanitation industry.
Facilitate training and product demonstrations for clients.
Achieve sales and revenue targets as outlined by management.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales within the water and sanitation sector.
Technical knowledge of water treatment technologies and systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Experience in project management and coordination.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project installations.
