Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose client challenges and offer tailored solutions Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proactive and driven to achieve personal and company goals Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Works well with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results frequent travel to client sites and educational institutions through out South Africa Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in the education sector, including universities, colleges, technical schools, and training centers Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers such as professors, department heads, and procurement officers Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our educational solutions Provide expert advice on the selection and implementation of educational equipment, tailored to the specific needs of each institution Conduct on-site visits, workshops, and training sessions to demonstrate the effective use of our products Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the educational sector, including new technologies and teaching methods Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities for new product development or enhancements to existing offerings Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery and installation of equipment Manage timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, customer service, and product development, to ensure seamless project execution Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making
