Sales Engineer

Tasks: Understanding technical requirements of clients in the Vibration monitoring industry. Creating innovative engineering concept solutions to meet clients needs. Working with other engineers to perform feasibility studies, develop models and specify hardware and equipment. Working with other engineers to improve on existing vibration monitoring processes and designs. Determining and costing of vibration monitoring hardware and labour required for potential projects. Become familiar with client specific vibration monitoring design standards and practices. Reparation and formatting of tender documentation. Obtaining supplier quotations. Build up customer contact & relationships. Additional ad hoc tasks required by management. Skills and Requirements: National Diploma or Degree in Engineering High degree in Computer Literacy in MS Office, MS Projects Minimum 2 years experience in sales and vibration monitoring advantageous Project Management Ability to understand customer requirements and specifications. Excellent analytical, written, verbal communications, and documentation skills. High degree in Computer Literacy in MS Office, MS Projects In depth deliberation skills with experienced customers. Ability to communicate at all levels Ability to work independently and proactively Work as an individual and part of a team. Drivers license essential.
