This role focuses on driving sales and business development for Fan Coil Units (FCUs) , Scroll Chillers , and Heat Pumps , offering customers tailored solutions backed by technical and commercial expertise.
Location: Ottery, Cape Town Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities within the Western Cape, achieving sales targets for FCUs and Scroll Chillers, including Heat Pump solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales Leader to design and execute regional business plans.
Build and maintain a strong customer portfolio by identifying and cultivating new opportunities.
Conduct site surveys, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
Prepare quotations, manage customer follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in the system.
Provide sales forecasts, and attend sales and technical meetings as required.
Qualifications A passion for exploring and growing new markets.
Minimum of 4 years of technical sales experience in the Airside market.
Engineering degree (Mechanical or HVAC Engineering) or relevant technical experience.
Strong technical knowledge of Airside products and solutions, with the ability to match solutions to customer needs.
Willingness to travel frequently (50% of the time).
Key Competencies Valid driver's license.
Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Effective sales and negotiation abilities.
Strong team player with a high standard of personal presentation.
