As part of their ongoing growth and continued success, they are now hiring for a Partnerships Director that will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution for the Sales and Marketing functions. This is a newly created role that is integral to the continued success and commercial advancement of the organisation.The RoleThis is a London-based, hybrid role. The Partnerships Director is a Sales & Marketing board-level position that will lead the further business development of home care services across the full portfolio of services including Live In Carers, Dementia, Learning Disability, Brain Injury, etc. You will lead the development of enhancing the organisation's visibility in local communities and overall success of the organisation.Headline Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategy for the sales and marketing functions to achieve goals across the portfolio of services.Monitor KPIs and deliver regular team reports to Board, identifying areas for improvement.Oversee all sales operations: lead generation, pipeline management, sales forecasting and lead conversion.Work with the Marketing function to assist with design and implementation of marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, reputation and drive lead generation.Experience RequiredProven track record of sales within the healthcare or social care sector with success in generating new business and developing key stakeholder relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively in proposals, presentations, and negotiations.'Can-do' and self-starter approach to challenges and achieving goals and supporting colleagues.Remuneration Package:£70-80k Basic salary Per annum.Share Options Package.20% shared Director Level Bonus Scheme.NEST Pension.Hybrid working: 2 days per week in office minimum.25 days annual leave.Health Cash Plan.Cycle to Work Scheme.At Reuben Sinclair, we are committed to creating an accessible, inclusive and equitable recruitment process.
