Sales Director

Job Title: Sales DirectorAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Status Staffing. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic sales plan, monitoring actual sales against sales budget, and reporting to management monthly.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve overall margin targets set by management.Monitor actual sales against sales budget from all sales executives and report to management monthly.Present strategic planning to improve client results and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and planning to ensure contract positions, availability, and pricing is optimum.Manage and grow own customer base in Western and Eastern Cape, and expand sales area into Southern Africa.Hire, train, motivate, and advise the sales team to ensure contracts, price lists, and customer information is up to date in Sage.Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.Requirements:At least 4 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager and/or Sales Manager in the food industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Goal-oriented, assertive, and hands-on problem solver.Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.Excellent communication and delegation abilities, fluency in English and Afrikaans essential.Capable of remaining calm under pressure.Outstanding people skills.Self-motivated and self-directed.Willing to travel across different regions.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
