Sales Director (Hospitality Sales Experience Essential) In Person Cape Town Interview Only

Leading Hotel Group is seeking a Sales Director.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving and guiding the sales team towards strategically determined revenue goals and new business acumen to best represent each property in the Hotel Group's portfolio to the correct markets and maximize ROI.
Duties:

Sales planning & strategy
Leadership & mentoring
Performance tracking, data analytics & critical thinking
Industry relationship building
Reporting
Liaise with Directors, GMs, property owners

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 10 years industry experience in an International sales role within the hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
Innovative thinker with the ability to be agile & proactive
Ability to plan, prioritize & work well under pressure
Must be assertive but collaborative in approach
Excellent sales, influencing & negotiation skills
Strategic analytical and data-driven approach
Excellent computer literacy - MS Office programs are essential and proficiency in Opera is advantageous
Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines
The ability to interact and work with multiple stakeholders to achieve service and departmental goals.
A good understanding of budgeting and the ability to work within set budgets
