Salary: R80 000.00 - R100 000.00 per month (Depending On Skills, Experience & Track Record)
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform product development and positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive management. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
