Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Specialist at MICROGRID AFRICA. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall sales efforts. You will closely follow up on leads from our subscribed sales platforms of AFSIA and LEADS2BIZ, collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue sales opportunities, as well as maintain and manage customer accounts.
