Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and nurturing relationships to create sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within target industries, using various tools and methods.Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels.Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria, ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile.Relationship Building: Nurture leads by providing valuable information, answering questions, and addressing objections.Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve the sales pipeline.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.Qualifications:Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales development role, preferably in B2B sales in the USA market.Education: Grade 12 (mandatory).Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent phone and email etiquette.Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge: Understanding of the (industry) market and the ability to learn complex product offerings.Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Competitive basic salary up to R15k (experience dependent).Performance-based bonuses.Commission on acquired deals.
