This position requires an ambitious selfstarter someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities.
A suitable candidate for this position will be excellent at building relationships and must be able to manage sales calls.
The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound calling.
The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure thinks outofthebox easily initiates relaxed but informative twoway phone conversations with prospects and is highly selfmotivated.

That much growth in that span of time indicates that we must be doing something right yes Job Description Create target prospects lists and manage key accounts Cold call prospects Identify key players researching and obtain business requirements and present solutions to begin the sales cycle Profile strategic accounts identify key individuals research obtain business requirements and present solutions Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls email and LinkedIn Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification through the workflow in CRM application Job Responsibilities Connect with prospects via phone LinkedIn Email or Video messages Initiating contact with potential customers through coldcalling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs Moving qualified leads through the sales funnel connecting them to account executives for virtual meetings Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services Performing regular followup calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identifying new potential needs Collaborating with account executives to ensure the companys goals and targets are met Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities Stay uptodate on market trends competition and industry developments Promote company s reputation as great place to work Must be able to close deals Can do proposal creations Requirements Job Qualifications 3 5 years of experience in B2B Sales Experience in offshoring or BPO is a plus Experience with servicing UK clients an ability to work in a UK time zone shift Exceptional communication skills both oral and written coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive energetic phone camera presence Ability to make 150 calls per day Organizational and timemanagement skills Demonstrated success in prospecting Extremely selfmotivated with a diligent work ethic High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with CRM or Sales system applications An obsession with prospect happiness set the stage for effective sales followup Job Qualifications 3- 5 years of experience in B2B Sales Experience in offshoring or BPO is a plus Experience with servicing UK clients an ability to work in a UK time zone shift Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive, energetic phone camera presence Ability to make 150 calls per day Organizational and time-management skills Demonstrated success in prospecting Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with CRM or Sales system applications An obsession with prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up
