Sales Development Representative

How you'll make an impactThis role is responsible for recruiting and educating new Xero Accounting Partners from various lead sources and assisting them through the initial signup and education stage, whilst working closely with Territory Account Managers to grow Xero practices in South Africa.This role will support the National and Senior Account Management teams - ensuring that a high level of data quality enables the rapid and accurate identification of sales activity and the increase of customer satisfaction.What you'll doMine new business from:1.

Leads generated from industry events - SAIPA & SAICAManage the recruitment, education and growth of the new business partner baseEnsure that your knowledge of Xero features and functionality is kept up to date via Xero training and updated WebinarsTaking inbound sales calls and responding to prospective customers driving sales conversion Ensure Partners and other employees within the Practice attend introductory webinars, events & certification trainingEducate Partners on all partner resources availableUpdate our CRM system (Salesforce) with all client communications including calls, emails and meetingsMaintain and update our CRM system of all practice staff and contact detailsRespond in a timely manner to all Partner enquiriesDrive attendance at Xero sales events and Partner ForumsWhat you'll bring with youExperience of achieving high volume sales via telephone, and outbound sales Proven sales performance track recordProve experience in B2B salesExperience/Knowledge of the workings of an accounting practice is desirableConsultative sales approach
