Our client a leading financial services firm is looking for a passionate and dedicated German speaking Sales Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join their team in Johannesburg.
This role plays a critical part in the company's growth, with responsibilities including identifying potential customers, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the global sales team. The successful candidate will receive world-class training and an exciting incentive structure over and above their OTE.
What you'll do: Research target accounts and contactsOutbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, video, voice note to the right contacts within your target accountsBecome a domain and product expertLeverage tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator to maximise the return of your hard workBe mindful of your metrics and leveraging data to drive decision makingAchieve your booked and held meetings quota and contribute to meaningful sales pipeline and closed on revenueWhat you bring: Must be a fluent German speakerMinimum 1 year of previous sales experience as an SDR in a B2B environmentCoachable with a desire to learn and constantly improvePassionate and resilientStrong listener and communicatorComfortable with sales targetsPositive attitude with optimism as clear personality traitsReady to take your career to new heights?
