Our Client provides expert environmental and emergency response services, specializing in spill containment, hazardous waste management, and industrial cleaning. Serving industries like manufacturing, petrochemical, and mining, they ensure safe, compliant, and eco-friendly solutions with a focus on regulatory standards and sustainability.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.Generate a sales pipeline and discuss weekly.Expedite the resolution of problems and complaints through the required processes, ensuring brokers are satisfied with the service.Prioritize the targeted client list to achieve agreed sales within the agreed timelines.Supply management with daily sales reports.Supply management with weekly sales reports.Meet minimum call requirements.Desired Experience & Qualification:Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.Sales and customer liaison experience is an advantage.Highly proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications.Exemplary customer service skills and telephone manners including the ability to identify needs, provide prompt responses, and exercise patience, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.Ability to independently prioritize, plan, coordinate, organize, lead, and monitor multiple organizational tasks of a complex nature while quickly adapting to changes in time frames.Package & RemunerationFixed Term ContractSuits candidate available immediately.
