We are a forward-thinking recruitment company seeking a proactive and driven Sales Developer/ Lead Generator (Recruitment Industry)to join our team. You will play a critical role in setting up and organizing at least 8 meetings per day for the owner, helping to drive business growth and build relationships with prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels at sales development and has the confidence to set meetings that result in meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities: Set and organize a minimum of 8 meetings per day with potential clients via LinkedIn and Eli automated messaging platforms.
Conduct outreach and follow-ups with prospective clients, managing the entire appointment-setting process.
Leverage sales development skills to identify and qualify potential leads.
Use CRM tools like Apio to track leads and manage client relationships efficiently.
Work closely with the business owner to optimize meeting strategies and ensure a high conversion rate from meetings to partnerships.
Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in sales development or appointment setting, ideally in a recruitment or B2B environment.
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and Eli automated messaging systems for outreach.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Apio or similar platforms.
Confident and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
