This is a great opportunity for someone with experience, or strong interest, in data governance / management to develop their experience in a global environment, working with colleagues from around the world.
Key responsibilitiesCreate new records and make updates manually or via mass data importsRun regular duplicate and Ultimate Parent Organisation (UPO) checks to ensure any inaccurate records are amended in a timely mannerResearch and link organisations that fall under a common UPOSupport team leader in reporting on data quality and CRM usageResearch organisations on publicly available and subscription-based resources, such as ZoomInfoMaintain and enhance lead, organisation, and other sales dataWork with sales insights team and provide support for reports and dashboardsHelp the team leader maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all sales data processesLog queries or issues in the CRM system and escalate them for resolutionKey requirementsKeenness to learn new technologies and become proficient in themStrong data inputting skills and ability to follow set processesExperience in managing and analysing large amounts of information in Microsoft ExcelSQL experience highly recommendedUnderstanding of sales and marketing data, GDPR and how to use data effectively within a commercial environmentAbility to work to deadlinesConscientious, with excellent attention to detailPersonable with excellent communication skillsEnthusiastic and proactiveWhat's in it for you?
