We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time permanent Sales & Customer Experience Manager to join the team of an award-winning brand based in Bracknell, Berkshire.About the roleAs a Sales & Customer Experience Manager, you will motivate and drive the Sales and Customer Care team to achieve outstanding levels of service and drive sales growth. This role involves:Managing a team of Sales Executives and Customer Care RepresentativesDevelop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales successImplement processes to enhance efficiency and productivityOversee the day-to-day operations of both departmentsEnsuring that all customer interactions reflect the company's values and brandKey responsibilities:Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback and coaching to improve team performanceDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targetsAnalyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growthDevelop and implement strategies to grow revenue from trade accountsDevelop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistent and exceptional serviceTrain, mentor, and coach team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent serviceParticipate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the customer service and sales processesAbout the rewardsThe role of Sales & Customer Experience Manager is a full-time role working 4 days from the Bracknell office and 1 day from home and you will receive:Competitive salary + commission structure25 days holiday plus bank holidaysAbout youTo be successful for the role of Sales & Customer Experience Manager, you'll have the following experience, personal skills, and attributes:Passion for generating new business and identifying business opportunitiesProven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve performance goalsAble to demonstrate how well you work under pressure and adapt to changing requirementsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalDemonstrable customer relationship management, time management, and organisational skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills with demonstrable ability to use Word, Outlook, and ExcelExperience in the retail sectorHow to ApplyPlease note that eRecruitSmart is advertising the role of Sales & Customer Experience Manager on behalf of the Hiring Company and your CV will be sent to the Hiring Manager who is responsible for the vacancy that you have applied to.
