VACANCY: Sales Coordinator - JHB01 November 2024VACANCY: Sales Coordinator - JHB Job Summary: Reporting into the Branch Manager for Colbar Clothing, the aim of this function is to administrate the movement of inventory between the Durban Warehouse and the Jhb Branch, and to Clients whilst maintaining excellent service delivery and client satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Administration and Coordination Receive and attend to incoming calls from clients and facilitate first line contact with walk-in clientsMaintain the showroom and consult with clients on style/collection design.Provide excellent customer service and ensure orders are ready for collection and/or deliveries.Resolve customer complaints, consulting internally as need be to rectify any arising problems.Order Administration Fielding queries from clientsCheck online orders and capture orders and quotations on the systemAssist customers with website queries, logins, password and stock queries.Pick and invoice ordersMaintain strict control of COD customersLiaise with Head Office to track incoming stock and stock level queries.Process credit card payments from customers / check bank for confirmation of payments.General Coordinate and assist with front office duties and ensure cleanliness of the front office and showroom.Adhoc deliveries to clients. Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Proven track record for maintaining strong, positive client relationships through empathy,active listening, positive language, patience, follow up and professionalism.Drive for results and ability to meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and dependability.Initiative with ability to work independently as well as with othersStrong multi-tasking capabilities, with a proven track record for working well under pressure Qualifications and Experience Required Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate (required)A tertiary qualification in sales and marketing (preferred but not essential)Minimum of 3-5 years of internal sales administration experiencePrevious Syspro experience essential .
