Position: Internal & External Sales Coordinator Location: Johannesburg, South Africa About the Role: As an Internal & External Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, supporting customer acquisition and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for managing sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales through various channels.
Your contributions will be vital to our success and to the satisfaction of our customers.
Core Responsibilities: Sales Support and Coordination: Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Monitor sales progress, provide updates, and handle customer inquiries.
Order Processing and Management: Process customer orders accurately, coordinate with logistics and production, and manage inventory levels to meet demand.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer records, grow key client relationships, and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and identify trends for improvement.
What We're Looking For: Proven sales experience (3-5 years) with a strong presence and a track record of meeting targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS software and sales tools (Salesforce, Excel).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High energy, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
