Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Sales Consultant.
In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with clients via email, in-person and over the phone.
This includes providing Automotive Lubricants and Engine Oil advice and assistance to new customers and taking orders from existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in this field and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting the appropriate automotive oils and lubricants for their vehicles.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments of automotive oils and lubricants.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
Communicate with customers via the following channels - telephone, WhatsApp, email and in-person.
Greet customers as they enter the shop and provide assistance as needed.
Experience: 3 years + sales experience in Automotive Lubricants and Engine Oils Proven experience as a sales consultant, sales representative, or a similar role.
Skills: Proficient in English (Afrikaans or Xhosa as a second language is advantageous).
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to understand and present technical information and solutions.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Computer literate Ability to answer telephone calls.
Ability to respond to WhatsApp's and emails to the Company's standards.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle criticism.
Have a passion for the automotive industry.
Must have a valid drivers license.
