Sales Consultant (Pta1)

Upselling or cross selling products and approaching new customers.
Issuing/ sending out quotations to potential clients and existing clients.
Respond promptly to customer queries and complains to find solution and to defuse tension.
Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Assist in determine pricing schedules for promotions.
Preparing weekly reports.
Coordinating and liaising with customers, production and dispatch.
Understanding and promoting products.
Maintaining client relationships.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
