We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Consultant: Outbound.
Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
The successful incumbent will be for making outbound calls to selected customer base, for customers that are either inactive or that could be possible new customers from leads received through various marketing campaigns.
The purpose of the position would be to increase the customer base/retain customers/convert inactive customers to active customers.

Min talk time of 6 hours per day as a standard requirementCall quality is monitored and should never be scored lower than 95%Accurate reporting and dispositioning of callsEnsure timeous reporting to Team leader/Campaign ManagerMake outbound calls to customers and proactively promote the company and brand with the view of increasing the inactive/active customer baseFollow the script provided during the telephonic contact with the customer and ensure that QA scores are at expected levelsEffectively manage time in line with the operating procedures of the call centreEstablish rapport with the customerActively promote the offering and use persuasion techniques and objection handling to convertEnsure communications is at a level that maintains the company brand/image and not does expose the company to reputational riskStrict adherence to break times and office hoursMeet daily/weekly/monthly targetsComply with company and department policies and proceduresAny other ad hoc duties that might be requiredWhat You'll Bring To The Team:
