Sales Consultant for Renewable EnergyOur client, a leading global market player in the power industry, is looking to appoint a Sales Consultant for Renewable Energy.The sales consultant will be the primary point of contact responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
The candidate will enhance the department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
The successful candidate will help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
They will also explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEstablish new business and promote renewable energyDesign and write project plans, presentations, project proposals, and explain themBuild long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders, executive sponsors, and key accountsHelp customers via mail, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetingsEnsure the timely and successful delivery according to customer needsReport on progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track key account metricsMonitor and analyze customer's usage of our productWork with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationshipsLiaise between the customer and internal teamsDraft proposals for C & I projectsDesired Experience & QualificationQualificationDiploma in Electrical Engineering, sales, business management, finance, or related fieldsKnowledge and ExperienceAt least 3-5 years of experience in DistributionAt least 3-5 years of experience in EPC ProjectsMinimum 3 years' experience in Solar SalesMust have PPA experienceMust have a financial backgroundPackage & RemunerationR25,000 – R30,000 depending on experience
