Reference: 9467 NB Consultant: NineBroodryk Job Description:Follow up on bicycle insurance quotes made by customers and guide them through the product features to ultimately make a purchase.
Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide expert guidance on our coverage options, ultimately driving policy sales.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey insurance information and benefits to an international market effectively.
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build lasting relationships.
Continuously update knowledge of insurance industry trends, competitor offerings and regulations.
Qualifications:Previous work experience with a good track record (references required).At least a school certificate, but ideally a 3-year degree graduate.Passion for cycling and a strong desire to share that passion with others.Proven sales or similar experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to develop innovative sales strategies.Knowledge of insurance products and services is advantageous.Ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the company.Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.Own transport, ideally residing in Stellenbosch or the surrounding area.How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ******.
