However, your main role is to help continue the growth in Haygrove Growing Systems by driving sales.
And using your knowledge of our product to match customer needs in an efficient and professional manner.
Customer service and excellent communication is paramount. Basic Salary plus annual target incentive Responsibilities•Quotes to large commercial customers•Building relationships with existing clients•Potential client list identification - alternative crops•Feedback customer needs to promote R & D•CRM implementation & Management Requirements- Grade 12- Tertiary qualification in agriculture – advantageous; - At least 3-5 years sales experience in the agricultural industry - not negotiable- Technically inclined- Business acumen; problem solving and self-motivation;- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, excellent numerical skills;- Meticulous work ethic- Energetic personality and passionate about perfecting the customer experience- Diligent and confident personality- Fluent in English and Afrikaans- Ability to travel around the country and internationally when required;- Valid unendorsed driver's license, and own reliable motor vehicle.
