Fusion Software is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Consultant to drive our continued growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, building strong relationships, and offering tailored software solutions that transform businesses.As a Software Sales Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses to succeed.ResponsibilitiesProactively research and identify new business opportunities, from small enterprises to large corporations.Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and recommend tailored software solutions.Lead engaging product demos, showcasing how Fusion Software can streamline business processes and add value.Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with our technical solutions and ensure successful implementation.Track and manage your sales pipeline, closing deals, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Build long-term client relationships through excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing support.Qualifications2+ years of proven experience in software sales, with a strong track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets.Strong understanding of business processes in industries such as CRM, Job Management, Stock Management, Project Management, Accounting, or professional services (preferred).Ability to translate client challenges into software solutions that drive efficiency and growth.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.Experience with CRM or ERP solutions.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.BenefitsCompetitive base salary with an attractive commission structure.Opportunities for professional development through training, mentorship, and career growth within the company.A supportive, inclusive, and innovative work environment that values creativity and collaboration.Work on cutting-edge technology projects with industry leaders, giving you the chance to grow alongside our expanding client base.Salary Range: R10,000 – R40,000 based on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure that rewards high performance.
