You will promote and sell a range of training and development solutions to businesses across various industries, ensuring that clients receive the best training services tailored to their needs.
This role demands a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored training solutions.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company through strategic planning and execution.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the range of training programs and services offered to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring that all terms and conditions meet both the client's and the company's requirements.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the training and development team to ensure that client expectations are met and that all training programs are delivered to a high standard.
Key Requirements: Education: A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in service and corporate industry Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
