Sales ConsultantOur client is a technical company within the construction and mechanical and allied arena; manufactures of custom made garage doors, commercial sectional doors and roller shutter doors, is looking for an energy dynamic Sales Consultant.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrimary ResponsibilitiesConstantly maintain knowledge of productsConsult with professionals within the building industry; architects, developers, quantity surveyors etc.Attend site meetings (own transport is a prerequisite)Specify the correct product for the correct applicationUnderstand architectural drawingsBuild and maintain relationships with clientsGenerating of new leads – by means of cold callingPipeline reporting and sales forecastAchieve set thresholdsMeasuring of aperturesProcessing of paperwork for manufactureProvide advice/solutions for difficult installationsDesired Experience & QualificationExperienceSales experience in the construction and mechanical industryComputer literate in software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAble to handle pressureQualificationMatricOwn vehiclePackage & Remuneration±R 16,000 Basic plus commission after threshold is reached
