Job Title: Sales ConsultantWe are looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant in Gauteng and Cape Town to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our customers satisfied through excellent service. You will be responsible for assisting customers as well as doing admin and other operational duties within the branch.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssisting customers with account queries and/or technical assistance.Doing sales on an account or cash basis. This includes insurances and micro finance deals.Completing all transactions, including admin and paperwork.Daily cash up.Meeting monthly sales targets.Customer retention and calling of sales leads, including cold calling the existing customer base.Repair book-in, follow-ups, and handovers.Shift work.Desired Experience & QualificationsMatric is a must; a certificate/diploma would be beneficial.Preferably 2-5 years of sales experience.Cellular background is beneficial.Face-to-face sales experience is essential.Customer service background is a must.Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.Honest and forthcoming.Trustworthy and accountable.Driven and self-motivated.Goal-oriented and target-driven.Eager and willing to help and learn.Able to think independently while working within a group.Able to achieve individual targets while working towards a group objective.Able to work well with others.Able to represent the brand.Package & RemunerationR6500 (for new starters) Basic + Commission and incentives.
