The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the achievement of sales targets (quantitative and qualitative, individual and team). The main purpose of the Sales Associate is to help the customer select, within our universe of jewels, the ones that better express their personality.
SELLING Masters all the features of the products, enhancing technical and stylistic details, and attends all the training to stay updated on new launches.Understands and prioritizes the customer's needs to offer the best possible in-store experience.Actively participates in sales activities, utilizing all available tools and sales channels (online and offline).Contributes to achieving sales objectives according to both individual and store goals, which are continually monitored.Maintains a high and consistent level of customer service standards.Solicits feedback from customers, including the use of quality surveys.Handles all customer service-related issues in a serious, helpful, and professional manner, including complaints, returns, individual orders, etc.Promptly finds relevant/necessary information for daily work performance (e.g., priority of the day, goal of the day, important updates from the company).VISUAL AND STORE ORGANIZATION Participates in store organization, ensuring that the store, back office, and inventory are always kept clean and tidy.Checks the products delivered to the store, organizes and arranges them for display.Participates in stock control and internal inventory management.Organizes shipments to customers.Participates in Visual Merchandising activities.Maintains confidentiality of any sensitive information concerning the company, the team, and the customers.Supports the company's sustainability choices by implementing measures to reduce environmental impact and minimize waste.OTHER With the support of the Store Manager, is co-responsible for training and continuous development.Do you have what it takes to join a beautiful brand?
