Department: Retail - OperationsReporting Line: Store LeaderJob Purpose: To deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring on-the-floor stock availability, and contributing to increase sales and minimising losses.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Customer Experience:Be professional.Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers.Know layout of store to direct customers to products.Store Disciplines & Productivity:Opening & closing procedures are followed.To ensure all merchandising principles are always in place and that every item is ticketed.Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual.Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates.Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12.Minimum 1 year retail experience.A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors.Basic computer literacy.Very good written and verbal communication skills.Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.Competency Assessment Achieved.Additional Information:EE Position: No.Remuneration based on a 'cost to company' model and performance incentives.All permanent team members are required to join the company's provident fund and risk benefit.Medical aid options are available.Birthday leave.Team member discounts on in-store and online purchases.Ongoing learning and development through our in-house Wellness Training Academy and supplier training.Opportunities to be involved in CSI initiatives, events, and experiences (environmental and social).Include the position and location in the email subject line.
