We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating contact through cold calling to drive sales opportunities. This is a remote position.
Employment Type: Commission-based (with potential for permanent role after 3 months)
Salary: Commission-based (can vary between $200- $4000 per month depending on the number of sales made)

Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for Pluto Consultancy Services' services.Present Pluto Consultancy Services' offerings in a compelling manner to prospectsFollow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipelineMaintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM systemMeet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targetsProven experience in sales, preferably in a cold calling or telemarketing roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environmentStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsFamiliarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plusStrong internet connection of at least 50mbpsLaptop or MacBook with a minimum of 8GB RAM and at least 50 GB of free disk spaceProfessional headphones with microphone for clear communicationBenefits: Uncapped commission structure with earning potential based on performance Potential for permanent role after successful completion of 3 months Flexible work hours and remote work environment
